This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our websites, inquire about our services, book or stay at one of our vacation rental properties, or engage us to manage a property.

Information provided specifically in connection with a reservation, such as identification documents, payment information, purpose of stay, and private communications with Verve, is not used by Verve for targeted advertising.

Reservations, Payments and Service Providers

Our direct-booking website is powered by HolidayFuture, and our reservation management system is provided through Hostaway.

Reservations and payment processing are handled through Hostaway and Stripe. Payment card information is processed through these systems rather than directly by Verve. Their handling of personal information is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

Guest identity verification may also be conducted through Hostaway or service providers integrated with our reservation system.

We may disclose personal information to service providers as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Website and booking-platform providers
  • Reservation and property-management systems
  • Payment processors
  • Guest verification and fraud-prevention providers
  • Technology, hosting, analytics, advertising, and communications providers
  • Accountants, attorneys, insurers, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary

Our Websites

Our general informational website, www.verveexecutivestays.com, is hosted through Squarespace. It does not directly process vacation rental bookings. Visitors who choose to book directly are directed to our HolidayFuture booking website.

Squarespace and other technology providers may process technical information necessary to host, operate, secure, analyze, and provide their services.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our websites and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure our websites, understand how visitors use them, measure website performance, and improve our services.

We use, or may from time to time use, Google Analytics and Google advertising services. These services may collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, website interactions, and information stored through cookies or similar technologies.

We may use this information to understand website traffic, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and show advertisements to audiences who may be interested in our services, including visitors who have previously interacted with our websites.

Verve does not use information submitted specifically in connection with a reservation, such as identification documents, payment information, purpose of stay, or private communications, for targeted advertising.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our websites may not respond to them.

Third-party analytics and advertising providers, including Google, may collect information about visitors' online activities over time and across different websites or online services as described in their own privacy policies.
